Four men, including Fort Bliss soldier, arrested on child-porn charges

A Fort Bliss soldier who allegedly watched child pornography while deployed in Afghanistan was one of four El Paso-area men arrested on federal child-porn charges this month. The arrests were made by FBI agents and El Paso police detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force after investigations tracking child-porn files shared on the Internet.
