Festival of the Arts continues in its 46th year

State College will take a turn for the artistic when this year’s 46th annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts settles in. The popular, well-awaited summer festival will take place this year from July 11 to July 15 and will feature well over 300 artists and performers.
